Born in Ontario came to the Yukon in the 1970's. His family shortly thereafter moved to the wilderness, Frances Lake on the Robert Campbell Highway. It was there Justin learned to fix things.
When he was 18, a good friend offered Justin a job if he went to AME school. Justin went to school and then worked for Summit Air until they moved to Atlin BC. From there Justin went to work for Trans North Helicopters and to help those left by the void of Summit Air moving, Justin worked out of his truck usually nights and weekends. It was apparent there was a need for his services and Rodan Air Maintenance Inc. Just in proficient in M-1,Fixed Wing, Bell 206, HU 500 and R-44. as

A guru in his own right. Terry has been with Rodan Air Maintenance since 1998, He owned his own shop for years before he went to work for Air North where he worked on everything from: Beach 18's, M1 and 2's, S33 and 4's, DC-3 and 4's and Cariboo's. He worked for Air North before Air North purchased the 737's to fill the void left by Canadian Airlines.
Since then Terry has worked for Rodan Air Maintenance Inc. fixing all types of aircraft in all types of situations. Some of
Terry's expertise lies in salvage, fabric repair, tube welding structural repair and Radial Engine Service.
